The acrylic face delivers 70 oz/in peel adhesion with excellent heated shear performance, spanning a service temperature range of −40°F to 300°F.

Key Properties

  • Peel Adhesion, Silicone Side: 72 oz/in (PSTC-101)
  • Peel Adhesion, Acrylic Side: 70 oz/in (PSTC-101)
  • Shear Adhesion @ 2.2 PSI, Both Sides: >168 hours (PSTC-107)
  • Maximum Service Temperature: 300°F
  • Tensile Strength: 15 lb/in (PSTC-131)
  • Total Thickness: 5.5 mils (PSTC-133)

Cling Foam (GP)

Cling Foam is a 1/16" industrial PVC foam cast to a high-gloss paper backing, producing a foam surface that adheres to non-porous substrates yet remains removable and repositionable without residue. Adhesion to both stainless steel and cork is rated 12 oz/in minimum, and the foam remains pliable from −20°C to 78°C (−4°F to 172°F). The foam is available with adhesive backing for permanent lamination to cork or other secondary substrates, supporting use as a transportation cushion or non-porous-material storage interface.

Key Properties

  • Adhesion to Stainless Steel: 12 oz/in minimum
  • Adhesion to Cork: 12 oz/in minimum
  • Compression Deflection: 5 psi (ASTM D1667)
  • Durometer / Hardness (Shore 00): 45 (ASTM D2240)
  • Tensile Strength: 20 psi (ASTM D412 Die A)
  • Thickness: 1/16"
