Cling Foam (PVC)
PVC cling foam is the material of choice when temporary, residue-free surface bonding or protection is required without a traditional pressure-sensitive adhesive — in applications where clean removal and substrate integrity after disassembly are the governing requirements. Its PVC-based self-adhering construction bonds through contact and conformability rather than PSA chemistry, leaving no adhesive residue on sensitive surfaces in temporary fixturing and surface protection applications. H-O Products carries PVC cling foam and converts it to customer specification.
Cling Foam (GP)
Cling Foam is a 1/16" industrial PVC foam cast to a high-gloss paper backing, producing a foam surface that adheres to non-porous substrates yet remains removable and repositionable without residue. Adhesion to both stainless steel and cork is rated 12 oz/in minimum, and the foam remains pliable from −20°C to 78°C (−4°F to 172°F). The foam is available with adhesive backing for permanent lamination to cork or other secondary substrates, supporting use as a transportation cushion or non-porous-material storage interface.
