NP630 Paper Phenolic Laminate Sheet

NP630 Paper Phenolic Laminate Sheet is a fine machining grade paper-phenolic laminate with excellent electrical properties and moisture resistance, low cold flow, and good dimensional stability. NP630 meets ASTM D709 Type I Grade XXX and will meet ANSI/NEMA IM 60000-2021 Grade XXX, MIL-I-24768/10 PBE, and NEMA LI 1-1998 Grade XXX specifications with exception to dissipation factor and dielectric breakdown requirements. The material delivers a compressive strength of 45,000 psi flatwise — the highest in the paper phenolic laminate line — along with a comparative tracking index of 200 V and arc resistance of 130 seconds. Not UL Listed.

6311-05-BL

6311-05-BL is a pressure sensitive tape constructed from UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) film with a permanent acrylic adhesive, at a nominal overall thickness of 0.007" (0.005" substrate / 0.002" adhesive). It delivers a typical peel adhesion of 50 oz per ASTM D3330 Method A and operates across a temperature range of -40°F to 150°F. The film carrier provides low coefficient of friction combined with abrasion resistance and puncture resistance.

Key Properties

  • Peel Adhesion (Typical): 50 oz (ASTM D3330 Method A)
  • Peel Adhesion (Minimum): 35 oz (ASTM D3330 Method A)
  • Adhesive Type: Acrylic — Permanent
  • Operating Temperature: -40°F to 150°F
  • Substrate Thickness (Nominal): 0.005" (ASTM D3652)
  • Overall Thickness (Nominal): 0.007" (ASTM D3652)
