Polyurethane Foam

Polyurethane foam is the material of choice when compression set resistance, precise density control, or biocompatibility for wearable and medical device interfaces are the deciding design criteria. It spans densities from under 1.2 lb/ft³ to over 20 lb/ft³, delivers near-zero compression set in precision open-cell grades, and carries the qualification credentials — USP Class VI, ISO 10993, UL94 HF-1, UL94 V-0 — demanded in medical, aerospace, and electronics assemblies. H-O Products carries the full range of polyurethane foam families, from standard polyester and polyether densities to precision PORON® industrial and medical grades, HyPUR-cel® series, and biocompatible reticulated FilterPore S-100X, and converts them to customer specification.
