High Density PVC Foam
High Density PVC Foam is a high-density, closed-cell industrial polyvinyl chloride foam with a water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, available in five thicknesses from 1/16" to 1/2" in Black. Compression deflection at 25% is 9 psi per ASTM D1667, Shore 00 hardness is 50 per ASTM D2240, density is 13–17 lb/ft³ per ASTM D1667, and the service temperature range is -40°F to 172.4°F. The product is designed for cushioning against heavy loads and wear resistance in tough-duty applications, and passes FMVSS-302.

Low Density PVC Foam
Low Density PVC Foam is a low-density, closed-cell industrial polyvinyl chloride foam with a water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, available in seven thicknesses from 1/16" to 3/4" in Black and Gray. Compression deflection is 2.2 psi per ASTM D1667, Shore 00 hardness is 25 per ASTM D2240, and the service temperature range is -40°F to 179.6°F. The product is specifically suited for sealing tight-radius curves and passes FMVSS-302.

The product is designed for applications requiring a combination of flexibility and strength, and passes FMVSS-302.

15# PVC Glazing Tape
15# PVC Glazing Tape is a high-density, closed-cell PVC foam with an aggressive emulsion-based acrylic PSA (A3) on both sides and an 84# poly-coated brown kraft liner, available in six thicknesses from 1/16" to 1/2". Adhesion to steel (1 mil PET film) is 2 lb/in width minimum per ASTM D1000, compression deflection at 25% is 7 psi per ASTM D1667, and the service temperature range is -30°F to 200°F. The tape is tested and approved to AAMA 810.1 expanded cellular glazing tapes and passes FMVSS-302.

Adhesion to steel (1 mil PET film) is 2 lb/in width minimum per ASTM D1000, compression deflection at 25% is 14 psi per ASTM D1667, and the service temperature range is -30°F to 200°F. The tape is specifically designed for the most demanding cushioning, shock absorption, and wear-resistant sealing applications, and passes FMVSS-302.

100-HTA is a high-temperature, automotive grade, closed-cell PVC foam with a water-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side, available in four thicknesses from 1/16" to 1/4". Shore 00 hardness is 35 per ASTM D2240, density is 9–13 lb/ft³ per ASTM D1667, and compression deflection at 1 minute, 50% is 3.32 psi per ASTM D1667. The material is formulated to conform to GMW 17408 Class II Type III (interior/exterior applications) and GMW 17408 Class IV, Type III, and passes GMW 3232 flammability. It is sulphur free and low VOC.

The material is formulated to conform to GMW 17408 Class II Type III (interior/exterior applications) and GMW 17408 Class IV, Type III, passes GMW 3232 flammability, and has a service temperature of -30°F to 230°F. It is sulphur free and low VOC.

The material is a recognized component of Underwriters Laboratories® (UL File Number E 112126, QMFZ2), rated UL 94 HF-1/HBF. It is sulfur free and low VOC.

60MG Medical Grade PVC Foam
60MG Medical Grade PVC Foam is a closed-cell, low-density PVC foam independently tested and certified to comply with the ISO 10993-10 protocol for direct skin contact, available in nine thicknesses from 1/16" to 1" in Black and Gray. Compression deflection is 2.2 psi per ASTM D1667, Shore 00 hardness is 25 per ASTM D2240, and the foam remains pliable at temperatures of -4°F to 180°F. Density is thickness-dependent across three gauge ranges.
