Supplied catalyzed with a Varox (DBPH) peroxide cure system, ready for press-cure molding as compound, compression-molded sheet stock, or custom-molded parts. Black is standard; custom pigmenting is available. Cure profile is 10 minutes at 177°C (350°F) with a 4-hour post bake at 200°C (390°F).

The F-55 has the same specifications as F-7 but denotes a thickness less than 1/16" and is rated 9 on a firmness scale of 1–10 for high resilience. Due to its high resilience, F-55 is recommended for uses where surface integrity is needed and color is required.
