Neoprene (Polychloroprene) — Solid

Solid neoprene rubber is the material of choice when oil resistance, ozone weathering, and broad-temperature sealing must be met at a cost point that fluoroelastomers cannot justify, or when AMS, MIL, or structural bearing specifications are explicitly required. Its polychloroprene chemistry provides serviceable resistance to oils, UV, ozone, and moderate chemicals from -65°F to 250°F, and carries specification credentials — AMS 3205, AMS 3208, MIL-PRF-6855 Class 2 — that commodity rubber cannot. H-O Products carries the full range of solid neoprene families, from commercial and industrial durometer sheet through FDA, cloth-inserted, low-smoke FST-rated, and Atlas Bearing™ structural grades, and converts them to customer specification.
