SSP2575
SSP2575 is a 65 durometer heat-cured silicone elastomer formulated for low outgas and low temperature applications, with low temperature flexibility to -116°C (-177°F). Tensile strength is 1,350 psi, elongation 600%, and specific gravity 1.18–1.24. Supplied catalyzed with a Varox (DBPH) peroxide cure system, ready for press-cure molding as compound, compression-molded sheet stock, or custom-molded parts. Black is standard; custom pigmenting is available. Cure profile is 10 minutes at 177°C (350°F) with a 4-hour post bake at 200°C (390°F).
