AP/ArmaFlex Grooved Fittings are made-to-order prefabricated closed-cell elastomeric foam covers engineered for grooved couplings and iron pipe fittings, available in wall thicknesses of 1″, 1-1/2″, and 2″ (25, 38, 50 mm) for fitting sizes up to 10″ IPS. They deliver thermal protection and condensation resistance across a full service temperature range of -183°C to 105°C (-297°F to 220°F), per ASTM C534. Made-to-order fabrication allows one-step field installation over Victaulic®- and Gruvlok®-style grooved couplings, eliminating job-site cutting and gluing.
