AP/ArmaFlex® Prefabricated Fittings
AP/ArmaFlex Prefabricated Fittings are made-to-order closed-cell elastomeric foam elbows, tees, and traps engineered to match the AP/ArmaFlex and AP/ArmaFlex White pipe insulation systems, available in wall thicknesses up to 2″ (50 mm). The fittings are rated for continuous service from -297°F to 220°F (-183°C to 105°C) in NBR/PVC-based constructions up to 1″ wall thickness, and from -297°F to 300°F (-183°C to 150°C) in EPDM-based constructions at 1-1/2″ and 2″ wall thicknesses, per ASTM C534. Offered in black or white, the fittings eliminate on-site cutting and fabrication of elbows and tees while preserving the thermal and moisture-resistance integrity of the overall insulation system.
