    APTIV™ XPI A106 is part of the APTIV™ XPI series of PEEK films engineered for high-voltage electric motor stator insulation. At 125 µm, it occupies the second position in the XPI A-series and is designed to deliver increased breakdown voltage relative to A105 while maintaining the same unfilled semi-crystalline PEEK construction.

    Mechanical properties are tailored for automated winding and insertion processes, with tensile stress of 120 MPa in both MD and TD at 125 µm and elongation exceeding 150% in both directions. The film is compatible with a wide range of impregnation resins and provides optimized wear resistance for resin-free electric machine concepts.
