The foam delivers good tensile strength at 60 psi and maintains a compression set of 3.3% per ASTM D1056, supporting long-term shape retention in sealing and cushioning assemblies. Its open cell structure allows air and moisture passage, and the material accepts adhesive laminations, fabrics, films, and custom coatings. Custom color matching is available using fully reacted colorants.
