The foam achieves tensile strength of 125 psi — among the highest in the T-series — combined with 37% resilience per ASTM D2632 and a compression set of 2.2% per ASTM D1056 within a tight 3% max tolerance. Elongation of 115% supports good conformability for thermoformed applications. The material accepts laminations, fabrics, films, and custom coatings.
