kSil® GP30 is the softest grade in the kSil® GP general purpose solid silicone series at 30 Shore A, designed for soft sealing, gasketing, electrical insulation, and food contact applications requiring maximum flexibility and conformability.
Its 550% elongation is the highest in the GP series, and 8 MPa tensile strength provides adequate mechanical integrity for low-load sealing applications across aerospace, automotive, food contact, and electrical insulation environments.
The material meets multiple international compliance standards, making it appropriate for regulated applications in food processing, aerospace (FAR 25.853), automotive (FMVSS 302), water contact (WRAS), and UL 94-rated electrical assemblies.
