Product Overview
This product is a double sided high performance acrylic based adhesive tape, formulated to be bonded to a wide variety of materials with a high and medium surface energy. The tape is capable of absorbing the differing thermal expansions of the two different materials. Because of the 5005Â’s stability and durability, this tape, when used on the right substrates with high surface energy, provides the strongest bond we are able to produce. This formulation of acrylic foam tape has very high temperature resistance, and is suitable for pre-powder coating applications. In combination with a primer this SilverTape family guarantees excellent adhesion performance even on medium surface energy materials.
