Product Overview
BISCO® EC-2265 is a medium-durometer, electrically conductive solid silicone rubber formulated for EMI/RFI shielding and environmental sealing. It combines the mechanical strength and thermal stability of BISCO silicones with high electrical conductivity for critical shielded enclosures. Its silver-plated aluminum filler system provides low volume resistance and galvanic compatibility with common metals such as aluminum and stainless steel.
This material maintains its conductivity and sealing integrity after thermal cycling, vibration, and humidity exposure — making it ideal for aerospace, defense, telecom, and industrial electronics applications.
