Next-Gen EMI Gasket with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating for Aerospace, EV & Defense Systems

Why EMI Gaskets Matter in High-Reliability Electronics

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) is one of the most underestimated threats to modern electronics. In high-reliability environments - such as aerospace, electric vehicles, medical devices, and defense systems - a single EMI leak can result in signal degradation, component failure, or regulatory rejection.

That’s why standard gasketing materials often fall short. They may seal - but they don’t shield, ground, or survive under compression, vibration, and thermal stress.

Our latest proprietary EMI gasket system is designed to solve those challenges with a high-performance construction that seals, shields, grounds, and survives.

A Simpler, More Reliable EMI Shielding Gasket

This next-gen gasket combines:
- A UL 94 V-0 flame-rated conductive silicone foam core
- A conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) that bonds to metals, composites, and plastics

The result? An EMI gasket that provides up to 90 dB attenuation, maintains its seal in harsh environments, and grounds without the need for screws or clamping mechanisms.
